A Note from the President |

Hello everyone! I would like to take a moment and introduce myself to those that do not know me. My name is Ronnie McMahan and I am your 2007-2008 Band Booster President. I don’t want to bore you with details, but I will tell you a little about myself. I am a 1976 WHS grad. and was a true band nerd in those days. Now I am just a band parent that wants only the best for our program. My driving force is my senior tuba player, Eric and his little sister Kaci who plays oboe in the 7th grade. I care about every student in our program and want them all to be successful and most of all have fun and learn what it means to be part of something great. I look forward to meeting and working with many band parents that I do not know yet. I encourage you to get involved with our great kids and this wonderful band program. We even have a little fun along the way too. Your kids may not tell you, but most of them like mom and dad being involved with the things they love! Thank you for all that you plan to do to help this year. We have a busy summer and fall ahead and we are already of and running toward a great new year. Thank you for your time.
